Psychoeducation on Alcohol and Drug Abuse and Common Mental Health Disorders
Session Objectives: By the end of the session, participants will: Understand the physical, psychological, and social effects of alcohol and drug use. Recognize different types of psychoactive substances and their short-term and long-term impacts. Foster self-awareness and take responsibility for choices regarding substance use. Learn about common mental health disorders such as depression and their association with substance use.
